This is an electric cheese grater which we were pretty disappointed about spending $30 on. I was excited to have fast grated cheese, but it doesn't grate very fast at all. You have to hold a button down the whole time it's grating, so it's not much less tiring than just grating manually, plus it's not even faster than doing it manually. Because of pushing the button you have to use both hands. So, it's just not very practical--it's slower and doesn't help in efficiency. It has a rechargeable battery, but that doesn't last very long. That would've been okay with me if it worked well, but it doesn't so that's just another minus about it.
