NeoGAF is split into 2 primary sections, Off-Topic Discussion and Gaming Discussion. Some people pick a side and stay there, some venture in both areas. But both sections are fun to look threw and post in. People are ALWAYS on GAF, so you usually get quick responses.
On the Gaming side news seems to break first on NeoGAF, and it's a great resource for info on games. On the Off-Topic side, it can get hilarious or just strange at times. But always fun to read and post in. I have amassed a huge animated gif library thanks to GAF :)
What's nice about NeoGAF is that it's moderated well, so it weeds out the annoying forum posters. And not everyone who registers gets accepted, so once your in, you feel like part of the exclusive group. Even if you don't get accepted, it's just fun to read the forums!
