I foolishly bought this thinking it could convert the MKV files I have with subtitles. First off it doesn't convert it to MP4 at all, it just errors out. It does work with AVI but there are occasional screen artifacts and that's very annoying. So basically I wasted $5 dollar on this software. It does not do what I need.

I'd recommend Perian, which is free anyway and does the same thing. Only drawback is takes longer to convert. But it works!

Stay away from this software, look for something else. It seems more like a Beta than a finished product.
