I got my first auto loan with them back in 1999 or 2000 and I've been a member since. The member reps are always nice and helpful. One time I had to fly out to get a car and I had to get the loan approved have a check printed before my flight left and I cut it VERY close, since they didn't fully understand my reason for the rush. But other than that one issue, I've have zero issues.

They have a lot branches all over the valley, and they are part of the CO-OP network. Best yet, they are still strong in these uncertain financial times.
I like there online banking, easy to navigate and use. Has all the basic stuff, bill pay, eAlerts, etc.
