Steak house specializing in game. Opens for dinner at 5:30 pm. Fun atmosphere, little bit pricey but great food. Particularly like the sweet potatoes with maple butter, garlic mashed potatoes and buffalo tenderloin. French onion soup was very good too.
My wife and I where up in Jackson, WY for our anniversary. We decided to try the Gun Barrel since we wanted something hearty to eat. We shared a entry as the menu items are a little pricey. We ordered a sweet potato as a additional side. The bison tenderloin we ordered was extremely delicious. As where the accompanying side dishes. Even the complimentary french bread was warm and delicious.
