I wasn't expecting much to begin with since I've never heard of this place. The line to get tickets was 1 - 1/2 hours which isn't that unusual for going to a haunted house on a busy Saturday night. But after I got the tickets for $15 a piece, they didn't say where to go for the Nightmare Acres & Haunted Barn. So we wandered around for 5 minutes or so and then we find yet another line just to get into the Nightmare Acres & Haunted Barn.

So there we are waiting yet again. It total we waited 3 1/2 hours! There was no music, nothing to keep the people in the line entertained. They didn't let people in very quickly. I know you need to space people out. But man, sometimes it was 2 - 3 minutes in between each group was let in.

Finally we get in and it was boring. It felt like this was their very first time running a haunted house. I couldn't wait to get out. It only lasted 15 mins tops. Which would be fine if it was a amazing experience I guess. But it was truly awful. I have been to a lot of haunted houses in my life. This was by far the worst of them all.

This is a wonderful dumpster company. They were prompt, efficient and friendly. I would definitely use their services again. Also, they did not have a "drop off rate" or miscellaneous other fees like some other places I called. Just a straight forward price, and excellent service.

We needed to get rid of a lot of concrete. So we ordered the 15 foot container. We called on Thursday mid-day and requested for it to be delivered Friday around the time I got off work and they did. What was nice is they picked it up first thing Saturday around 9am, that way I didn't have to "guard" the container to make sure others don't throw their junk in there. Because it costs more if it's mixed material and I was just getting rid of concrete only.

It was a flat rate of $225, but I used a coupon off their site which made it a even $200. Even at $225 it was a much better deal I found by calling around. Plus other places couldn't pick up the container on Saturdays.

If I ever need a container again, I'll give these guys a call first.

It's a shame places like this are so rare. I didn't have time for a full meal so we just tried some drinks. We had:

Chocolate Goji ... Full Glass $7, Half Glass $3.50
Creamy chocolate drink made with chocolate, Goji berries, baby coconut, almonds, agave nectar, and love.

Ginger Aid ... Full Glass $7, Half Glass $3.50
A lemonade blended with ginger, Goji berries, cayenne pepper, sea salt, and love.

Me and my wife shared them. It was very different from anything I've ever tasted but in a good way. Both of them where excellent! After I finished the Ginger Aid I felt the cayenne pepper a little bit.

Next week I'll go back for a full dinner and I'll update this review.

It can be scary trying a new restaurant, but when some friends invited me out to the Everest Tibetan I figured I'd give it a try. Boy, was I impressed! I was amazed at the great selection on the menu. I have gone back many times, so have been able to try quite a few different things. Probably one of my all time favorites is the spicy potato dish (shoko katsu?) The vegetable fried rice is richly flavored with garlic. The spinach egg drop soup is another favorite - perfect for the cold nights! The vegetable tempura is a delight, it comes with very large pieces of vegetable (mushroom - my favorite-, sweet potato, onion etc. sooo good! One time I tried the hibachi style salmon dinner, it was very good as well.

I recently tried the afternoon lunch buffet they do on the week days. They had my favorite potato dish as well as a very flavorful bok choy dish that is one of my new favorites.

You should definitely give this place a try if you are into any sort of Asian foods. They really do a terrific job. There is a window into the kitchen, it is fun to see them working away, making everything fresh. Super nice people, quality food - can't beat that!

I needed a old American Standard replacement part for the shower faucet handle. They had exactly what I need, even had the handles that look identical to the original. Every fit perfect and the leaking issue is now fixed. Very knowledge as well.

I have been here 4 times and each time was a great experience. Food is fabulous! First few times I had this yummy spicy potato curry. Most recently I had a tuna steak which was great as well. There tibetan herbal tea was great, has a great spice to it, especially at the end of the cup. Tried out some steamed buns as well, very soft and tasty. I have found a new favorite, I'll be coming back for sure!

[Update 10.26.10]

Went there for the lunch buffet last week and they all my favorites, the spicy potato curry, chicken curry, chicken teriyaki, vegetable fried rice. I normally am not a fan of lunch buffets but this oh man sooo good. I wish it was closer to my work, I'd go more often. Very cheap too!

This place has great mexican food. Here a trick to try with the salsa. Add a little salt to make it more spicy or pepper to make it less spicy. The food is great, the price is great; IT is great. I will be returning much more in the future.

I love going to this laser tag place! The staff are really fun & entertaining at times. I love how massive the arena is. The all-nighters are especially fun because you play different types of games like Alien vs. Predator, vampires vs. humans, red vs. green, etc. The price isn't bad for how much fun it is. Though I do have to sadly report, that the last time I went, the bathrooms no longer had black lights in it. Regardless, this place is a lot of fun & is worth at least one visit for those who have never been.
