This site will have everything you need over time.

I bought some of these because I was tired of giving our child snacks only to have them spill out all over the place. It's a great idea. I put everything from goldfish to bite-sized pieces of pizza in them. They are dishwasher safe and really easy to just throw into the diaper bag on the go. They are also inexpensive--about $4 at stores.

The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because they really don't work well for children under 18 months. Younger children will just push the rubber flaps in and spill everything all over the place. I'd say 18 months is the optimal time to give them the snack cups, as they understand cause and effect well by that time. We tried giving them to our daughter when she was about 12 months old, and she just dumped the snacks out all over the place. She is now 16 months old and loves them, but she still dumps some of the food out in her carseat. Most of the time they work great, though, and they are wonderful for older toddlers.
