Entertaining For A Veggie Planet
After recently making a decision to eat healthier and become a vegetarian, I've been searching for a go-to cookbook for new recipes. She gives you a great array of recipes, useful information, ideas for preparation, presentation and great stories along the way. The recipes are all fairly simple with an average of only 4 steps. I look through this book quite often to discover new recipes, and I'm never let down. Some of my favorites are the hip-dip (an edamame dip which is incredible!), the sweet potato soup with chipotle & sage (such a great flavor), and the lo-stress onion rings (these are just baked, so very easy to make and delicious!). She even has a great guide in the back of the book to various ingredients you may not be familiar with. Love these recipes, I've had it for over 2 years and it' s still my go-to book.
