Me and my wife fell in love with this when we first saw it. It's very unique and you don't see many on the road with a side car. You will get a lot of attention in this scooter combo.
With the side car attached, top speed is only about 50 mph on flat roads. [UPDATE] I got the Sito+ muffler and deblued it, it has much better pull now, helps a lot on hills.
You can go around left turns pretty fast. But the right turns you'll have to be careful. I went around a corner once a little fast and the sidecar wheel came off the ground a little. I slowed down right after and it dropped down to the ground. It only raised off the ground may 6 inches or so. So not a huge deal, but you have to keep that in mind on right corners.
I had them leave the kickstand attached to the Stella and I'm so glad I did. I wouldn't trust the gears to hold the Stella and a sidecar even on a slight hill.
It's easy to remove the sidecar too, only 5 bolts to remove. I use 2 jack stands to hold the sidecar when I'm not using it.
My wife likes the cover for the sidecar, she uses it when it's really sunny to give herself some shade or to protect from the cold. I'm 6' 2" and I even fit in the side car, my legs are not straight but it's still comfortable. But I can't put the cover on while sitting in there. We can even go grocery shopping and put all the groceries in the side car, and then we both ride on the scooter on the way back.
I actually use G-OIL™ Garden & Recreational 2 Cycle GREEN Engine OIL.It burns very clean and it's Biodegradable* and Environmentally Safe. Another great point is that it's the same price or sometimes cheaper than regular 2 Cycle Engine Oil! I just got mine at Home Depot, but I'm sure you could get it in other places.
